About this tool

The signature is a single self-contained HTML table with inline styles, the layout method every major mail client still renders reliably. Table layout survives Outlook's rendering engine, Gmail's style stripping, and mobile clients that mangle modern CSS. No images are used, because hosted signature images are a common cause of 'broken image' warnings and spam-filter suspicion; a clean text signature with one accent colour reads as professional everywhere.

To install: in Gmail, use Copy signature (rich text), then Settings → See all settings → Signature → paste. In Outlook and Apple Mail, the HTML option pasted into the signature editor (or saved as the signature file) keeps the formatting exact.

Common questions

Why a table instead of modern CSS? Outlook for Windows renders mail with the Word engine, which ignores most modern layout CSS but handles tables and inline styles correctly. A table signature looks the same in every client.

Should I add a logo image? Only if it is hosted at a stable URL and small (under ~30 KB). Image-free signatures avoid attachment warnings and always render, which is why this generator is text-based.

Are the example details real? No, the pre-filled name, company and phone are placeholders in the reserved example formats. Replace every field with real details before copying.
