Generate universally unique identifiers (version 4) — as many as you need, copy-ready.
UUIDs here are version 4 — 122 bits of randomness from your browser’s cryptographic random generator (crypto.randomUUID / getRandomValues), the same quality operating systems produce. The odds of a collision are effectively zero: you could generate a billion a second for a century and still expect no duplicates.
What is a UUID used for? Unique IDs for database rows, files, sessions, and API resources — anywhere many systems must mint IDs without coordinating or colliding.
Are these stored anywhere? No. They are generated on your device and shown only to you; the page keeps no copy.
