Compare a meeting time across time zones: set the time in one zone and read the same moment in each other zone, with daylight saving applied.
The planner converts the meeting time from its IANA time zone to UTC, then formats that same moment in every selected zone using the browser's IANA database, so daylight saving differences on the chosen date are handled correctly. Times outside typical working hours are flagged as a guide only — local customs, holidays and individual schedules still apply.
Why can the gap between two cities change during the year? Regions start and end daylight saving on different dates, and some do not use it at all. The gap between two zones can therefore shift by an hour for part of the year, which is why the date matters.
What does the working-hours flag mean? It marks local times before 8am or after 6pm as outside a typical 8-to-6 working window. It is a planning guide, not a rule for any specific team or country.
Can more zones be compared? Yes. Tick any combination of zones in the list and the table updates to show the same meeting moment in each one.
