Turn titles into clean URL slugs: lowercase, hyphenated, no special characters.
Accents are stripped to their base letters (é becomes e), anything that isn’t a letter, digit or space becomes a hyphen, and runs of hyphens collapse to one — the standard slug format used by blogs and shops.
What makes a good slug? Short, descriptive, lowercase, hyphen-separated: "how-to-reset-your-router" beats "How to Reset Your Router (2026 Guide!!)".
Does it handle non-English text? Accented Latin letters convert cleanly. Scripts without Latin equivalents are removed, since URLs need ASCII here.
