True random picks from your browser’s cryptographic random source — no patterns, no seeding tricks.
Numbers come from crypto.getRandomValues with rejection sampling, so every value in the range is equally likely — the same standard used for security tokens. With "no repeats" on, the count can’t exceed the size of the range; the tool caps it automatically.
Is this really random? As random as a browser can make it: the source is the operating system’s cryptographic random generator, not Math.random’s predictable sequence.
Can I use it for a raffle or giveaway? Yes — generate one number per entrant range, or use the Name Picker to draw from a list of names directly.
