Raffle ticket generator

Enter the draw details, pick the number range, and print sheets of tickets, each with a matching stub for the draw drum.

About this tool

Each ticket is a body plus a stub carrying the same number, the buyer keeps the body, the stub goes into the draw. The generator pads numbers to a consistent width so stubs sort and audit cleanly, and the preview caps at 40 tickets per run: for a large raffle, print in number-range batches (1–40, 41–80, and so on) so a paper jam never leaves an untracked gap in the sequence. Many jurisdictions regulate raffles, charity draws often need a permit or licence and printed terms. This tool produces the tickets only; check local rules before selling.

Keep a sales log by number range (who sold tickets 41–80, how many came back unsold). Unsold stubs must be excluded or accounted for before the draw, which the log makes trivial.

Common questions

How many tickets fit on a page? The sheet layout prints five tickets per row pair at a size that cuts cleanly with a guillotine; expect about ten per US Letter page depending on printer margins.

Can I start from a number other than 1? Yes, set the first number to continue a sequence across print runs or sellers.

Is running a raffle legal anywhere? Rules differ widely, many places allow charity raffles with registration and forbid commercial ones. The tickets are neutral; the organiser is responsible for compliance.
