Upload or paste a product feed and check it for the required fields and row-level errors that most often stop products being approved.
Shopping feeds fail most often on simple structural problems: a missing column, an empty required value, a price with no currency, or an availability value the platform does not recognise. This validator detects whether the file is comma or tab separated, checks that the Google Shopping-style required columns are present, id, title, description, link, image_link, availability and price, then checks every row for missing values in those fields, prices that do not match a number-plus-currency pattern, availability values outside the recognised set (spaced variants such as in stock are also accepted), and links that do not start with http. Issues are reported in a table with spreadsheet row numbers. These checks are structural only: Google makes the final approval decision for Shopping listings, including content and policy rules this tool does not assess.
Which fields does this tool treat as required? The seven fields Google Shopping requires for most product feeds: id, title, description, link, image_link, availability and price. They must exist as columns, and every row is checked for a value in each one that is present.
If a feed passes here, will Google approve it? Not necessarily. Passing means the structure is sound, columns, values, price format, availability wording and link format. Google makes the final approval decision and also applies content, image and policy rules that no structural check can cover.
