Generate a full year of pay dates for weekly, every-two-weeks, twice-a-month or monthly pay, anchored on a known payday or a day of the month.
This calendar does not shift dates for weekends or holidays — employers adjust those differently, so check any pay date that lands on one against the employer's own rule.
Weekly and every-two-weeks calendars step forward and backward from a known payday by 7 or 14 days, keeping only the dates inside the selected year, so the anchor can be a payday from any year. Twice-a-month paydays fall on the chosen day of the month and 15 days later, capped at the last day of a shorter month; monthly paydays fall on the chosen day, capped the same way. No weekend or holiday adjustment is applied, because practice varies by employer.
Why does a pay date fall on a weekend? The generator lists the raw schedule without shifting. Employers handle weekend and holiday paydays differently — some pay the Friday before, some the Monday after.
Does the anchor payday have to be in the selected year? No. Weekly and biweekly schedules step from the anchor in 7 or 14 day jumps until they cross the selected year, then list the dates inside it.
How many paydays does each frequency give? Weekly gives 52 or occasionally 53, every two weeks gives 26 or occasionally 27, twice a month always gives 24, and monthly gives 12.
