The preview updates as you type: line totals, subtotal, tax, and the amount due are calculated automatically. Use the Print button and choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog for a PDF copy. Everything is computed locally — closing the tab discards the invoice, so save or print before leaving.
Is the invoice stored anywhere? No. It is built in the browser tab and gone when the tab closes. Print or save the PDF to keep a copy.
Can I add a discount? Add a line item with a negative amount (for example "Discount", quantity 1, rate -50) and it will reduce the subtotal.
