Speed up a slow lecture, slow down a fast solo to learn it, or match a clip to a time slot. Set the speed and export the re-timed audio.

The export is rendered offline at the chosen playback rate: 2x plays twice as fast in half the time, 0.5x takes twice as long. Like speeding up a tape, the pitch moves with the speed — voices go higher when faster and lower when slower. The preview uses the same rate so there are no surprises.
Can the pitch stay the same while the speed changes? Not in this tool. Pitch-preserving time-stretch needs a heavier processing library; this changer does the honest tape-style shift and says so up front.
What speeds are useful? 1.25x–1.5x is the sweet spot for lectures and podcasts. 0.75x helps with transcription and learning music parts.
